I'm looking at buying a second hand Megasquirt 2 ECU from a guy who had it installed on his 1.6 NA turbo and I would like to know how I go about tuning or getting a new map put on it so that my 1.6 mk2.5 will run with the turbo set-up.

I realise the timing and possibly compression ratio on the mk2.5 will be different so should need a different map.

Any help is appreciated!

It won't work 'like that' in your NB. Connectors are different. Internal setup is different. You'll have to mod it.
You won't be able to charge your alternator among other things.
Timing and compression is the least of your worries.

Reading the manuals / browsing this forum before asking basic questions is advised. You might get your nose bitten off.

Go over to msextra.com and have a look at the manuals section on top of the page. We all had to go through it.
