So I finally got a new-to-me laptop that I paln to turn into a tuning slave.I've downloaded TS studio, but how do I move my projects over? Do I have to reload firmware back and all that jazz like when I first started?

On your old computer there should be a Tuner Studio Projects folder, you would simply move that whole folder to the same place on the new computer. Not knowing what OS you are on, I cannot say where they may be. No burning firmware or anything like that.

Copy - paste.

Create a backup while you're at it too.

This is what I do. I have my TS projects folder in dropbox so I can share easily between my laptop and desktop.

^ This.

Tuning tablet and all desktops and laptops connected to Dropbox. Datalogs and MSQs instantly appear on all machines after a drive, edited MSQs instantly appear on car as soon as you boot it up.

(Jesus, I just used the term "boot it up" to describe the act of getting in your car and starting the engine.)
