noob flashing

Default noob flashing

I read that is dangerous for the coils to flash a new firmware like hi-res code in the CPU, so I have to unplug the ignitors.
but, what about modify a table or change a constant?. Should I unplug the ignitors every time that I burn something on the CPU?
