Default Motor Swap / Megasquirt - No Start

I'm pretty sure this is my first post, so I apologize for being a newb. I've searched a lot - and read posts from multiple boards looking for direction / ideas as to where I might have messed up.In general I haven't posted on this board because my car is na, but the knowledge base on here regarding ms seems to be really strong, so looking for help from the gurus.

The car:
90 Miata
BP4W
RX8 yellow injectors
Skunk2 throttle body
AEM wideband
GM IAT
Using the CAS as per flyin miata

The problem:
RPM not synced / no start condition

This has been ongoing for almost 2 months now. First start attempt identified that the CAS wasn't reading. Installed a different cas and coil pack just to be sure. Same result (no RPM read.) MS went back to builder. He identified something was wrong in the MS, tested, verified, shipped tested and working ms. Attempted to start again - same issue. Pulled my wiring apart and discovered that the cas was not wired correctly. (Wire colors were matching, however I had damaged my pigtail and ordered a replacement. The colors for the pigtail wires were in different locations. I found a diagram of the wiring for the CAS and harness and re-wired it.) Admittedly - I'm not 100% confident on the wiring diagram for the cas itself, so it might be worth swapping the cam and cas signal wires to see what happens? Open to input.)

In any event, it now reads RPMs. Monitoring the gauges shows that RPMs are fluctuating in a consistent pattern - 0, 163, 0 165, 0, 166, etc. The gauges also flash between synced and not rpm synced (red green red green.)

Can someone take a look at my log and tune and provide some insight into what might be causing this?

What type of Megasquirt is it? MSPNP, DIYPNP, MS3+MS3x, MS2, etc?

Tried swapping the crank and cam wires into the cas to see if maybe the diagram I was looking at was wrong - doesn't appear to be the case.

CLT was reading incorrectly - was stuck at 70 (which happens to be the temp here yesterday) so I didn't catch it yesterday while trying to start it, but it was still showing the same today when its closer to 50. Corrected my settings there.

Another update - my UEGO is a 4110. Apparently MS needs to be set to innovative, as the 4110 reads differently. Updated logs attached, but still having the same issue as the car isn't attempting ti fire.

I'm not sure what "using CAS as per flying Miata" means. Flyin' Miata has no Megasquirt instructions.
If you're using the old CAS, you need to set capture to "falling Edge", "Going High" afaik.

Thanks!

Minor update - its a MSPNP, not a MS2.

Tried this Sunday and my sync loss issue has been resolved. I've now identified around 5 different "whoops" issues that have also been fixed. I'm at the point where I've confirmed spark and I'm getting fuel to the FPR, but spark plugs are dry. I'm hoping to have time tonight to be able to test the injectors and make sure that they are actually firing.
