Default Holy Crap!! It RUNS!

But....

1. I reversed the spark outputs somehow when I soldered them on, so I had to switch the plugs on the coils. No biggie. Fired RIGHT UP! Can I change the A and B outputs in MegaTune to reverse them and fix that? I wasn't even going to bother with it, but it bothers me if I wanna hook factory computer back up having to switch those around again.

2. Idle air control valve makes a VERY loud noise.. I knew I've read about this before and tried searching but can't find any results. BUT IT RUNS!! Unplugged the idle control valve and the noise stopped, car still idles but its a little rough.

3. Still can't find proper table of values to use Stock MAF IAT sensor

Can I send you all a Christmas Card?

Thanks Braineack, Aussie Driver, cjernigan, and DIYAutoTune for all your help and input!!

1) swap your output wires on the MS.

Forgot to add, my Tach in the dash isn't working for some odd reason. On the PCM Connector thats position 2I for the factory harness, which isn't hooked up to anything. Black/white wire that comes off the two coils in parallel, runs into the PCM and also branches off to gauge cluster. That should be working, wonder why its not..

Any idea what the idle control valve noise is? I still cant find any info on that. Checked with DIY's PnP MSQ file and my settings for idle control are almost identical... I say almost because on my Megatune some areas are grayed out that they have settings in...

nah, its like a buzzing vibrating noise, but I figured out what was wrong with that. I forgot to set in Configurator for PWM 2 wire valve.. So it thought the valve was still a relay.

Bigger problem... Somehow my Spark inverted got set back to yes from an older MSq file I think, and I've fried my coils. :(

Got it running, but was really really rough, then died. wouldn't restart. Checked the coils and they were super hot and smoking. ****. That would be why it wasn't running correctly, but the idle valve isn't making noise anymore.

Time for some COPs.. That I don't have the $$ for right now. Poop.

For your tach, just do the MSnS-E tach output pin mod and be done with it. It's easy and works flawlessly. Hook that up to the tacho pin that goes to the dash cluster. You'll need that with the CoP anyway.
