Default O2/MAPissues?

I finally replaced the IAT sensor in my car and it starts fine now. See previous thread for history - https://www.miataturbo.net/megasquirt-18/flooding-when-hot-61329/

Now the car idles pretty rough. It was pretty smooth before replacing the IAT sensor. The rpms fluctuate up and down. Looking at the data logs the O2 sensor seems to go high and then the MAP drops. Then the O2 goes down and the MAP spikes. I reset the O2 sensor a couple weeks ago.

See here for the tune and log - https://skydrive.live.com/redir.aspx...FF355C0D68!126

Fixing cars is new to me. I've been reading as much as I can, but still need some help. I'm not sure of my tune. This car is still new to me and I am fixing it after an accident. I also noticed that today the turbo does not really seem to be spooling. Usually it will hit about 10psi, and today it might have gotten to 1psi. And I did not hear the distinctive turbo exhaust sound when shifting.

I changed the crank PW settings to use CLT instead of MAT. The data log I uploaded from today still looks similar with CLT and MAP constantly going up and down. And the turbo is not spooling very much at all.

Can someone take a look at my setup and logs and give some suggestions?

Thanks!!!
