Default Installing components

Hi looking at Braineacks diagram he has deleted a lot of components. If i still install all the other components will this mean that it will not work for my miata? Or can I install all components as seen on the megamanual?

Cheers

it depends what components you are talking about. Following the megamanual's step by step directions will result in the same exact "deleted" components brain shows if you are following the instructions relevant to a miata. keeping some in wont matter, but things like the bias resistor will. Just dont put them in.

You don't need to do the extra work. Keep the extra components in a bag and forget about them. If you really want to install them then go ahead. Like 240 said, there are some things you want to leave out that the manual doesn't directly tell you to leave out.
If you just follow that schematic you won't have problems.

I would read through the manual as you install the components as it gives you insight into what you are doing. Ultimately you will have a PCB looking like the DIY one on here and an understanding of what you just created

the only thing deleted is the VR circuit. You can remove almost all the resistors by not installing the PWM flyback circuit as well.
