Ignition shutting off please help!
Hello everyone
I have a ms1pnp with a v3.57 9093 board on my 89 eunos.
I've ran this ecu for 2 years and never had any problems until the past month
the original engine spun a bearing so Ive fitted a fully forged engine, bigger injectors and a vf34 turbo, I'm only running 4psi right now.
went to get it mapped and when it was being mapped the ecu kept shutting off ONLY on boost! also the fuel pulse is too slow
its feels like the key is being turned off when it's in boost, I've checked the boost cut and it's set to 255 so I'm confused!

hi matt, i dont know how to make a log on tunerstudio but i gave it a go, ill try to make another but i need to do more research on how to make logs.
Also i have done some diagnosing, thinking that the map sensor could be faulty (assumed it was boost cut) i connected a syringe to the map sensor and viewed the map gauge on tunerstudio, the map sensor worked perfectly and the ecu didn't cut out.
The mapping company also told me that theres a problem with fuel pulse and sent me a picture of the dyno which does show a very messy line.

Very strange, now it's revving up perfectly, not cutting out.
for a laugh I turned on launch control just to get some pops and bangs but I couldn't get it to work so I turned launch control off. but then the ignition was cutting out. so I checked the lives and grounds going to the ecu all looked okay. I regapped the plugs to 0.7mm also as a guess I unplugged the clutch switch and now it's not cutting out and boosting correctly!
it drives fine but it I'll give it a few days to see if it's solved my problem

hello again, looks like its not fixed!
i managed to get a log file but unsure if its good enough. please can someone check this over please? it does this mainly when the car is cold.
erm im lost now all the grounds and power supply is perfectly fine, i cant get my head around it
I have just opened my log had a look for anything obvious is it me or does my fuel pressure look strange?

I am seeing processor resets and it is happening under load only - this is also the only time the boost solenoid is active. I doubt the boost solenoid is causing it, but this is easy to verify - just see if the problem happens with the solenoid is unplugged.
You aren't using low impedance injectors or non resistor plugs, are you?

Hi again, I have unplugged the solenoid and it's exactly the same,
ive currently got ngk bkr7e plugs gapped down to 0.7 but I'm going to order some racing plugs if that'll make a difference.
also I have mazda rx8 blue injectors which are 540cc I'm not sure if they are high impedance though

i cut off the signal ground wire from where it grounds on the engine, the logs are much better now thanks to deezums. i have installed new coilpacks, cleaned the grounds, moved the wideband power supply directly to the battery, fitted bkr7eix 0.7 resistor spark plugs, cleaned up alot of loose wires and it STILL continues to shut off on load!
could the final verdict mean i have a faulty ecu?
heres a log with it up to operating temperature.
