Default Need a local tuner

got my 550cc injectors in today so it's time to get tuned. Anyone know of a good tuner with megasquirt experience in the philadelphia area, preferably not in the city. I emailed ken hill at oracle tuning and he doesn't want to do it. Those guys at aca performance were cool but it doesn't seem like they have much experience other than v8s.

Have you posted a shout-out like this on the msefi.com or msextra.com forums? You might be more likely to find MegaSquirt knowledgeable tuners there, or at least people that could refer you to someone in that area. Any experienced tuner with a steady state dyno should be able to do it-- the software isn't that complicated. I helped the owner of AAP get up to speed on MegaTune in about 20 minutes on Friday so he could tune a local MS'd BWM. I just gave him the highlights of the tuning software that he'd need for VE and spark map tuning.

I second that. Find a steady state dyno in your area. Mustang, dynadynamics, etc. If the operators can tune any ECU, they can tune the MS if you show them the VE tables and Spark tables.

dude just laod all's or scots maps and drive it rough tune it in and leave the fine for a later day. Other than my AIC being wonky and no timming controll yet my MS works great with the 550's. esp since i had a good 460 map already built.
