Default Launch Control problem no rev limit

Okay well I tried to use launch control the other day. And It still built boost and retarded timing to -10 like always, but It just revs all the way til I let off. It used to just rev to 3200 and bounce off of that? Why now does it just pass that?

Does the indicator at the bottom of the MegaTune display show that you are in fact entering Launch Control mode when you think you are? IOW, is this a wiring / triggering issue?

So what exactly does "Retard to: -10" mean? Because if you put 10 in there it means Retard to 10 degrees before tdc. Is it going to 10 degrees AFTER tdc?
