MS3 half sync

MS3 half sync
I had this engine running with an MS2, added turbo, wired for sequential, 1050x and upgraded to MS3. Which means I had to re-do my ECU pinout adapter/loom whatever you wanna call it.
It's a BP4w in a 90 body running CAS. I have the cam and crank sensors but I haven't ran the cables to the wires yet, which I should anyway to get sequential.
Fuel pump runs, I get all the sensors reading, Fans work, AC works, etc. But when I crank I only get half sync. I get a 250rpm reading then goes away. Seems like it's reading only crank or only cam and every now and then it calculates engine speed with that.
I took a composite log that is attached, although I don't really know how to read it. I get all the blue lines but only a few red lines. I didn't have any issues getting sync with my MS2 back in the day so I didn't have to fight this.
I have a feeling is something stupid out of mixing '90 stuff with 99 stuff in the settings. My ignition settings are set as 4G63 like I had them, and I'm set up as batch, which shouldn't matter to get an RPM reading.
I've played with the MS3X variable resistors, turning them all the way down and going up one turn at a time but saw no difference at all, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't play with it more.
The MS3 is built trubokitty style minus the NB jumpers. I have R13 replaced by a 1K and it's between left side of R13 and right side of whatever is under it.
Other than that I have S12 to D1 on the expander board.
S12C to JS9
TSEL to VROUT
TACHSELECT to VRIN
Anyway, files attached, any help I can get I'll appreciate.

NVM got it working, one of the ribbon cables was upside down, which allowed me to tune the pots. They seem to get to a sweet spot where a little bit of movement changes a lot, maybe I wore it out going back and forth the other day lol. But I got it running off the CAS, now I just need to get it running off the 99 sensors.

Glad you got it working. When I swapped out my MS2PNP for a MS3X pre-built I needed to reverse the "going high / going low" setting. Doesn't seem to apply to here though, but if someone else comes looking here it may help. This was also on CAS. My car has been running well enough that I don't have the urge to swap to crank/cam signals yet.

I'm about to swap to crank/cam because I want sequential. The 1050x I run aren't the happiest in batch at idle. If this **** runs, big win because I've been thinking of this upgrade for a long time.
After that, all I have left (I think) is the reroute and I should be good to beat on it a little.

I had read somewhere that you have to modify the CAS to get sequential, and I'm trying to get rid of the thing altogether to have more room in the back so I don't have to suffer so much when I do a reroute lol.
Anyway, everything is working with the new sensors and running sequential, now I have to finish the exhaust since I'm running it with an open downpipe and I'm ready to go out!
