For wideband to work (im still new to miatas) there should be a dedicated narrowband input wire in your harness. Use this wire and connect it to your Wideband O2 controllers 5v output. Next, in software you have to setup the wideband (as its still looking for a narrowband signal).

I'm thinking the answer may be, don't know, to my request on how to fix this.
Let's try from another angle. Is there any way for me to check my ECU for the capability to wire RPM to an aftermarket tach or the OEM wiring just spliced in? Can I check through TS? Do I have to take it apart to see what modules/circuits are inside?
