Default Car hasn't started in a year now!

So Put the miata up for the winter in storage and haven't been able to start all year what I have done so far
-put stock ignition back instead of COPS
-Drained gas and put fresh and new fuel filter
-trickle charged battery MS is weird with less than 12V i read
-tried a little starting fluid

It all started last October when I sent my MS to Braineack for the joes spark output improvement I wasn't capable of handling that mod, and afterward I had him try it in his car and it ran fine. Well in my car It didn't I changed spark inverted to yes same tune everything the same. Never figured it out and just put it in the garage for storage and now this year still same problems as last year. But I did notice in my tune that my spark settings I have always been adding 22.5 trigger addition and my angle has only been 57 I'm posting a picture and my MSQ for you to look at. If I shouldn't be adding 22.5 what should I set my angle at to get it started and recheck with a timing light? And I don't know how to reload firmware with tunerstudio or even remember how to reload with Megatune Please Help! I miss the Miata and I cant post my MSQ

You did nothing else to the car? Car was running good, you shut it off, took out the ECU, sent it away, got it back, installed, and tried to start? Nothing else?

I don't like saying this, but it sounds like you've put your oil filter on backwards

have RPMS, Fuel plugs get wet and backfires sometimes and ignition I think it backfires every once in a while and when cranking with the plugs out they spark..... But How do I reflash my firmware and reburn my MSQ with tunerstudio incase it got corrupted somehow? and what about my trigger angle?

just post your msq, and list your setup and well see why it doesnt start. sounds like it's too much fuel during cranking.

um this might be silly but try swaping the spark plug wires from 1-2 and 3-4 something could have been done backwards. becouse this sounds just like my problem when i try to run with my **** setup for the oem firing order.

try swopping the HT leads for 1&4 and 2&3 coilpacks over.

If you have your igntion 180deg out it'll pop and backfire occasionally, you'll get everything required for an engine to run, but not at the right time, so it will never start.

EDIT Manga beat me, but I got the coilpack numbering correct :P

The COPS would need to be in the switched position aswell....

Likely something got plugged in back to front at some point, or Brain re-wired them to the 'correct' way, yet your car was wired for the 'wrong' way.

Either way it works now, so go out and drive
