Default large oscillation in AFR at freeway speed datalog attached

Im having trouble getting rid of my AFR oscillation that starts when i get up to freeway speeds 60-75, when i cruise at 50 its pretty stable between .5 AFR but above 60 it will jump from 14-18 at a very consistent frequency. any ideas????

More details, running ms3x, maf delete, speed density iat sensor, pretty sure im running closed loop? IS there a way to run open loop in MS?

Running open or closed loop?
Which ECU? (MS1 PNP, MS2 DIY..)
AFM, MAF or speed/density with auxiliary IAT?
