Default BMW 1.6 VTPS problem

Alright, I have looked around and haven't found much of an answer. Hoping someone can lead me in the proper direction. I bought my BMW TPS kit from Railz a while ago (who has been really awesome) and the TPS was sending a noisy signal to the MS. I cleaned the grounds and thought it was the TPS. Changed the TPS and it is still happening.

I then found out it was the extension I made for my TPS (remember, I had a supercharger which requires you to extend the TPS harness)

So I tackled my TPS problem some more tonight.

I realized I was getting bad signals through my wires (from when I extended the harness for the SC) and decided to cut out that extension and use new wire.

Well I used new wire, soldered it in, and I'm still having problems.

My MS won't calibrate the VTPS. If I go to WOT and calibrate it will give me a number and not change. But off, then go WOT again, I get a complete different number. Sometimes its higher, sometimes its lower. Fact is, its different every time.

The closed TB% is decent (-.5%) but it never goes down in a linear way. Nor does it go up that way, either.

When I do start the car, the VTPS is sending no signal to MS/tuner studio. I could be WOT and it will fluctuate between -.5% - 8% and everything in between.

I also used a multimeter to check what is going on. The TPS is getting 5 volts, I couldn't figure out how to test the ground, but I know there is a signal going through all the ways. (Continuity test?)

Any ideas on this guys? I'm really at a loss at this point. Think I'll have to wire the TPS into the ECU.
