Megasquirt Problem, No spark, no fuel, cant connect to pc, + more. Help please!!

Yes I did, I have a custom stim that tests all aspects of the ECU, down to the radiator fans, A/C if built etc. Obviously I tested it thoroughly which is why I reported the problems I told you about in the PMs. I'm out of ideas right now and its getting late over here. I need to think more clearly, you don't happen to have access to a scope somehow? Friend's, at work, anything?

Just a note, when I did my ms2 I got 0 rpm output using the harness I built, but from a extra CAS I had hookedup directly to the ms2 I knew it was reading the CAS input correctly. I had found out my CAS wires on my harness I built were backwards. I had to flip them instead of ms2 ckp to ckp at cas. I had ms2 ckp to cmp at cas.
Hooked up backwards read no rpms, flipped to correct way worked out and read correct RPMs
ms2 set to 4g63

Problem then was just fuel......but.......we just sent direct power to it............and it started!!! Queue mad celebrations haha!!
So just gonna wire a driect feed/relay to the fuel tomorrow on a switch in the dash.
Massive thanks to Reverant and everyone else for the help. Feckin tuner fiddling with it didnt help. Basically the problem was the CAS wires as said above, and the fuel. But CAS sorted now, and we can easily sort the fuel.
