Default Heat sensitive parts when soldering?

Are any of the parts heat sensitive, requiring a heatsink like mentioned at 4:53 in this video?

generally speaking, anything that comes in a silver bag could be. mostly the big chips but some other semiconductors can be. plus overheating the board will make the copper come up and nobody wants that.
