Default MS shift light

Hey,

I run DIYPNP and I want to add a shift light and then some other lights

Tell me if I make sense.

I run DIYPNP with A/C idle up using output WLED.
If I understand correctly I have ALED,PT6 and PT7 outputs available.

I can use them for shift light, I just need to add a resistor, PT6 and PT7 are direct cpu pins, so I just put a resistor on the proto area and make connection to PT6 and my LED ? (of course after defining the condition for this output)

Then I can make lights for any other MS parameter the same way... (at least two more - outputs limited)

Make sense ?

Thanks !

I understand now that my sequential interjection occupy PT6 and PT7...

Can I use relays, nitrous or boost control to activate shift light ?

I can't directly answer your question. However, there was this thread that I plan to mimic.

I'm currently using nitrous 1 to trigger my check engine light to use as a shift light. So yeah nitrous 1 should work.

Looks like you've got ALED free to use as a shift light. It can ground the shift light directly.
