Anyone have an extra TIP122?
I just need a TIP122 to do the idle control mod and I don't wanna buy 25$ worth of stuff from digikey, anyone willing to sell me one? I have an extra VB921 ignition driver if anyone else needs.

are there no RadioShack style shops near to you? In the UK we have a place called Maplins who have a rather limited stock of electronic components. However they had TIP120,121 and 122's in stock, cost me all of 60p (30c) $25 seems extremly steep!

It's really not too bad. Shipping was like 2.50 and the charge for under $25 order was $5. You will probably have to order from them anyway if you want to do an EBC. Go ahead and buy everything at once.

you guys must have never heard of mouser. I have been buying from them for all my projects in my CPE classes. No minimum order, and great company! http://www.mouser.com/

Thanks neogenesis, I've ordered from Digikey, Newark, and Mouser over the last I don't know how many years, I never did realize Mouser had no minimum order. Thanks!
