Default 2 Questions: TS and Idle Tuning

First - In TunerStudio under Basic Settings. When I click "Fuel VE Table 1", shouldn't that display my fuel table? It doesn't do anything.

Second - Is this method of idle setup valid for a parallel install?

I'm not exactly sure where to begin with setting up idle if this won't work for me.

Right. The issue is that I can't view it except in "Tuning" mode. I was hoping to open it and make some changes to the table. Under "Basic Settings" it looks as though I should be able to click the table to open it, but when I do - nothing happens.

As it is I don't think I could even import a VE table if I wanted to as that functionality seems to be in the VE table view itself...which won't open for me. ...and yes I paid and registered TS. Wondering if I need to re-install the software or something...or try the latest beta.

Here's the msq.

It strikes me that maybe I shouldn't actually need to do much for idle on a parallel setup. True? Or does my running 550s blow that theory?

you need to make sure your fueling and spark is good...the stock ECU handles the engine speed

I can open the fuel table, maybe your junx needs reloading

Freakin' weird..... I even reloaded and still have the same issue. Maybe I'll try completely uninstalling it. Will I be OK just saving the stuff in my project folder? I don't imagine there's anything in the Program Files\EFI Analytics folder I need to worry about, is there?

Yup, works fine on another machine. Guess I was just hoping it was a known issue and I could change an ini file to fix it or something.

Thanks for the help.

Just in case anybody ever has a similar issue:

I posted over on the msextra forums. Phil took a look and determined the table actually WAS opening - just on another screen... that I no longer had connected to my machine...

I renamed the tsuser.properties file and all was well.
