Default MS2 Zero Battery Voltage

For whatever reason, my MS2 doesn't correctly read the battery voltage. It stays at zero, even with the car running. I can get the number to change by changing the value at zero ADC count in battery calibration, but all that means is that the ADC count for battery voltage is always zero.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this, or how to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

Make sure R3 and R5 are installed. R3 is the likely culprit.

They're both installed. I just checked them both with a multimeter, and they're spot on.

Also, I probably should have stated this before, but this is on a v3.0 mainboard.

New ECU? Bought used? Did it ever work properly?

I bought it used. It was configured for another vehicle so I'm not sure if it ever ran properly.

im with rev here. that's the voltage input for the MS; I'd resolder the joints and make sure the traces go back to the CPU pin as they should.

I'll look up the schematics and check for continuity when I get home. Thanks for the advice!

Found the issue, the circuit was damaged while removing unnecessary components. Jumped it with a wire and now it runs great (or as well as an untuned megasquirt can run). Thanks again rev and brain!
