Ben, im gonna politely disagree with you and pull out the flag
Unless I am missing something, if his motor is a 94(1.8), and his throttle body is a 94(1.8), that throttle body should bolt right up to his intake manifold, and the only thing he should have to figure out is a couple wires.

thats what i was thinking and hoping that it's just a couple wires that would be nice, however i dont think that be the case it looks like i need to go in and play w/ the board inside the mspnp and follow the directions on the mspnp site? is this correct? are the directions on the site for any pontimeter based tps and also is that what the 94 tps is?

A variable TPS as far as I understand always has a ground, a 12v/5v ref, and an output voltage (and a throttle closed switch on 1.6 tbs and likely 1.8 as well). I would expect that connecting the correct wires and tuning the tps (getting closed and open ADC) it will work in the same way as the 1.6auto tps.

haha
OK, I'm a *****. Yeah man, bolt that ****** up. Wiring's in the manual. Plumbing should be easy enough since you've got the 1.8. You'll want to start with the idle control and closed loop idle control settings from the 94-95 mspnp.
Sorry I missed that originally, would have saved a bunch of stupid posts.

Uhh guys from what i read the guy has a 1.8 and is wondering how to hook up the variable tps to his 90-93 mspnp. The link you gave him shows how to do that though. I dunno where you guys are getting that he wants to swap a 18. tps onto a 1.6? Well damn i gues i need to read all of it before i post next time.
