What am i doing wrong. Can somebody look at my tune and datalog?

The car has a 99/00 engine swap on my original 94 swap. The head itself was rebuild, but just oem stuff nothing special. Car has Intake and exhaust.

According to my datalog my 80-120km/h is around 1,5 sec slower. My fastest before was 5,9s. And now its only around 7,4. I can also feel its slower

Yes, the timing was set with a timing light at 10 degrees, this was correct with the tunerstudio after trigger wizard. after that i started to change the timing table.

I can check it again to be sure

EDIT: The car runs fine, has nice idle etc

I just rechecked it, the car was still hot.. And yes the timing is correct at 10 degrees. It is the same as tunerstudio after the trigger wizard

Cam timing is okey, i'm pretty sure.

I've got the problem, the problem is there are 2 marking dots on the pulley. one yellow, one white. I used the white one which was wrong.

Car seems to be fine now

I think some pulleys have a mark for 10*, and one that points at TDC when at 10*.

Always good to check that pulley mark too. Put a socket extension in #1 and find TDC, then make sure that mark points at the "T". They can slip.
