Default PID Idle Dip on Decel

I have a 1.6 with an MS2 tuned with the PID closed loop algorithm. My issue is every time I rev the engine the PID instantly drops to the minimum duty cycle. when this occurs it completely neglects the dashpot adder. Without the AC/Fans/Headlights on this is a non issue, however with the accessories on I see a large dip to 450-500 rpm before the PID can recover.

I'm not sure which lockout settings I need to change to prevent the valve from instantly slamming shut every time I blip the throttle. I've tried doing some research to no avail, adjusting pretty much every setting I can find doesnt seem to help.

Thanks for any help.

EDIT: This is an MS2 PNP, just realized I posted it in the wrong section.

I suspect everyone is waiting for you to post a data log and MSQ.
