This is very weird. All of my newest MS2s come with a variant of firmware 3.3.0. (3.3.0b to 3.3.0e).

I've literally never installed 3.2.4 on any ECU (Hell, I don't know even if that firmware version exists or not).

Is this the first time you are connecting to the ECU?

Well, after exchanging PMs, the OP said he loaded the 3.2.4 firmware per the generic Megasquirt instructions...problem solved.

then you probably shouldn't have randomly loaded new firmware in the first place right?

Right. BUT I bought this unit used and I did not have the firmware on my computer(tunerstudio) so I could not do anything. I found the older frimware with instructions to load it so I did. Now I realized I want the firmare that was origionally on the ECU. But I dont know how to upload the firmware back...

I bought a MS labs MS2E from Parts Group. They said Begi installed it so I emailed stephanie and she sent me the ini file but I dont know how upload it.....

and I searched for days and stumbled apon this thread

When that happens, you let TS download the appropriate firmware locally for you.

You need to contact Reverant directly to reload the firmware on your MS Labs unit, as it's not a run of the mill ECU.

Pretty sure I tried to let TS download the proper firmware. I had 3.3.0d but eveytime I did it did not work.

I basically did the EXACT same thing as the OP
