Default MSPNP + wideband options?

OK knock on would the guy looking at my supra buys it. The first thing I am doing is drving to DIY and getting the PNP.

Now my question/issue.

I am trying to save alittle cash, so I can get Begi T3 mani and DP. Now I know i am going to need to get a wideband but I am not sure if i'll have enough spare after everything. I was looking online at the boash widebands on ebay.

First are they even true widebands? Second if they are is it worth 40-50 bucks for a cheap TEMP wideband until i can get LC, or should can I just wait and get the LC.

I am just worried about setting up the PNP for the turbo without a wideband.

Sidenote, I know Jerry was talking about been able to run low imp injectors with PNP. Has anyone gotten it to work. I got some 440 DSM injectors out of my old DSM that I love to use.

Thanks for answering my noob MS questions

Scratch up the cash and get the LC from DIY when you get the MSPNP. You know Jerry and company will stand behind the product after the sale.

I know I know... I just not sure how much I am going to get for the supra, and I sick of my T3 sitting next to my moniter when I work on school work.

haha the wiring harness is falling apart which is way I am letting it go. I don't have time to pull the wires and fix some of the wires. I basicly have to do a full wiring tuck or just do a 1jz swap.

I'll second that. They've made me smack myself in the forehead a couple times.

I bought an LC-1 with the gauge off ebay, just under $300. Yeah the extra money hurts, but a melted motor is going to hurt even worse. Plus it opens up the option of street tuning which could save a lot of expensive dyno time.

'Street tuning' should only be performed by professional drivers on a closed course under strict supervision blah blah

lol, it only happened once. I've had an issue which won't go away that's on my end, but they're still helping out even though they don't have to.
