Default rev MS2 - No fuel pump unless jumping GND+F/P (SOLVED)

I recently installed a 2nd hand (but never used) MS2 Basic in my 1996 turbo. It is not priming fuel and is not supplying it once on either (if jumping FP+GND and disconnecting). I've looked through all the similar threads and unfortunately am not seeing any solutions, just jumping the fuel pump jumper in 90-93 AFM but this wouldn't apply here. Everything is reading correctly otherwise - fuel pressure shows reading, wideband, timing is set. The car was originally setup for voodoo+bipes but I've disconnected everything and I don't believe the voodoo even touched the F/P and only changed injector signals anyway.

I can get the car running if I jump the FP on the diagnostics box. Idles fine. I haven't left the garage for the above reason but things seem okay otherwise. Waiting to hear from Rev on whether this serial # runs stock firmware in which case I can try updating firmware but are there any settings I may be missing? I have not yet installed my GM IAT but to my understanding this shouldn't matter as it's just using the MAF right now.

I previously had similar problem with my early MS2E. If i recall correctly, it was fixed by sending it to rev and him replacing the fuel pump circuit.

Not what I was hoping to hear but oh well, guess I'll wait for him to respond at this point. Thank you for sharing, at least I got started early and should still have this setup in time for warm weather.

There's a jumper inside the ECU for the fuel pump if this is a 96-97. Put it the other way around.

I attached photos of the board, which are you referring to? JP1 has continuity across, not sure if that's the one you wanted me to flip.

I put in my stock ECU just to re-confirm I didn't pull any wires out during the first swap and it started up fine. Is there anything MS2 might be not be getting a signal for that would cause it to not prime but the stock ECU wouldn't care for? Any other connections I can verify locally?

Thanks!

EDIT: Tracing everything around it looks like you wanted me to actually move it to the other pin. The pin diagram I have seems to suggest JP1 waa connecting the empty input below FP in to the board. I flipped it to the other pin which I believe is FP and we'll see.

Will report back, thank you for the continued help.

Yellow is currently jumped. Switching jumper to red configuration

If you wouldn't mind confirming- does this unit run stock megasquirt firmware? Figure I may as well upgrade it to the latest before taking it to get tuned.
