on the back:
the spark mod is done incorrectly.
the tach input mod is done incorrectly.
see my "how to" thread for the correct diagram to base it off of....you may need to cross the spark signals, depends on the harness.
on the front:
you need to cut the diode on D1 and jump it like D2.
you need to install a 10K Ohm ¼W resistor on R57
Remove R7 (Blue resistor, if your piggyback and using the stock CLT sensor)
Remove C30
Remove C12

With the switches hooked fliped toward "OEM" you shouldn't even need to plug in the MS. The car should start and run just like your ecu.
I didn't use the OEM AIT in the maf but in OEM mode the factory ecu uses it. I shipped the MS with a GM Open AIT that is only used with the MS.
We weren't snipping R7 when this unit shipped over a year ago.
C30 & C12 Don 't effect the input they just filter.
D1 is ok same as jump
R57 is for the VB921 - unused
I'll take a look at it if you want free, the spark mods look like it was swapped to the wrong side of the resistor. You should get RPM feedback in Megatune and shouldn't have any issues runnning fuel as is.

that's weird kingofl337, i didn't get the AIT, can i use it with the AIT that the car originally came with? also, i'd be more than happy to ship either to you or braineack....
i was wondering if this setup could also have the abilities to run an anti-lag system

You would have to do abit more wiring and use the afm to use the oe AIT sensor and your easytherm calibration will be off. A GM ait is only 30 bucks from DIY with a harness. Fixing the spark mod is easy even i could do it. But since the rpm mod is bad it will never realy work until it is fixed. Antilag takes a extra mod i think, but with MS and EBC you can run the advance up manualy and lock the ebc shut to spool alot better. but sadly EBC is also a add on.

ohh okay... i already tapped the AIT from the ECU already :( and i dont wanna add anymore stuff to the car, maybe the MS guru's can help me out and do that bit of wiring that i need also?
as for the ALS system, i dont mind paying a bit extra for that EBC mod

I don't see what is bad on the rpm mod, you should definitly buy a gm AIT then you can ditch the AFM.
Adding the mods you want are fairly easy you just need to do a little home work and it should be good.
The first thing you need to do is get the MS to connect to megatune. I'd alsp recommend checking out

I know alot of people like the sound of 300-400hp I would seriously advise, hit 2oohp and then see if you want more. I think allot of NA guys just tell themselves they want all this hp but really wont enjoy it once they reach it. If you want 300+ hp maybe an FD RX7 is up your alley.
As you can see the ALS system is very easy to implement on a manual car.

Your system has full timming control and would allow you to run around a 600 cc/min or so injector this equates to a peak hp potential of around 450 or so bhp with a good tune or 388 or so whp given a .5 bsfc. Wether your turbo and cooling support it is another matter. Also the injector ceiling is not set in stone either but i feel that 600's is probably a comfortable limit for a batch fire system. until someone with the cajones wants to show me a MS1 1.6 running bigger than what most of us do with 550's.

i have 303s/330s (i was told they're 330's but i read up they were the 303cc's) from the toyota supra injectors.... will be more than happy to swap those out for the monstrous 660cc in mah ride
