Default trying to set timing on mspnp, car shooting fuel out of exhaust

well i had realized that I should have set base timing before doing anything (thankyou braineak) now i am trying to set the timing but every time i start the car to do it, there is tons of smoke from the exhaust that distinctively smells like fuel. I cant stand it and neither can my neighbors, can anyone tell me what is going on. i believe the engine was flooded with fuel before because i had to floor the pedal to get started. But why hasnt the smoke already burned out, I had it started three times now. Please help

I used the base map supplied by ms but use their instructions on changing the req fuel to support the 550 cc injectors

Could be. Simple to check. Plug it. Let us know because I'm curious as to whether those ports are relatively independent or closely coupled in sensing MAP.
