For some reason when we make changes to injector timing table, it has no effect on actual injector timing. We tried disabling VVT angle compensation in VVT settings and it the IT table still has no effect. We tried settings from 320° to 390° and zip, AFR's, idle speed and MAP or rock solid. Must be some other setting that's over riding the injector timing table. Anybody know what that is?

Also, is there a specific place to enter offset (volts-ms) values for the injectors?

as for the timing table, mine will only start to get kinda lumpy if I tune it REALLY far out like 50-100 degrees.

the fueling tab IIRC, not able to pull up TS at the moment.

But in that screen you can control the battage voltage correction curve of the injectors.

I've noticed the same thing with the MS2. I was comparing the injector signal on the scope along with the crank signal. The injector timing didn't affect the phasing between the crank signal and the injector signal. And I was moving it in steps of 10*, all the way to 180*.

If you're saying that you can't adjust the injection timing no matter what value you enter in TS, I'd like you to start a new thread on the msextra forum and post the msq you're using and what conditions you use for testing.

If that were correct, all the issues I've been correcting lately would never have shown up. So you're either doing something wrong or you've found some very peculiar corner case that hasn't been tested before.

We finally got some AFR value changes at higher RPM. I knew the changes would be small but we needed a huge change in injection timing to effect a small change in AFR. So I guess it was working all along, we just look at too small a sample. Done tuning for today. We'll go back next week and see if we can optimize a bit more.
