Default Bad RPM on MS3/X

I have replaced my MS3 card after I fried my old one, and now with the JimStim I get odd RPM readings. The MSQ was just loaded from the old one, and it worked then though I did switch from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1. Attached is a composite log from the JimStim and what I have for an msq. I was really hoping the MS3 was the only thing I fried, but maybe it isn't. Can you guys help me figure out what else I might need to replace?

Ok, well I disconnected the field wire from where I had it on the board (right side of D8) and the problem is fixed. I'm going to try to figure out why I had it there in the first place. I think my harness may have a mistake in it.

Well, I remember why I put the field where I did. That location (right side of D8) matches up with Pin 30 on the DB37 connecter. Apparently it also matches up with something else to cause the sync problem I'm getting.
Sorry for talking to myself here, but I could still use some help and I don't want anybody wasting their time on a problem I've moved past.

Ok, I give up, can somebody just tell me where to connect the output from my alternator circuit, and where that is supposed to go on the DB37 connector so I can fix it? I have tried to find it myself but I just don't know.
