Default MS LED always on with ignition off

I just installed my standalone MS but It wouldnt start sadly.

I plugged it in and LED's 1 and 3 were always on. I have installed the IAC mod and fan mod. I have the msq loaded from the 90-93 PNP and followed brainecks write up other than stuff the megamanual said to do for stand alone.

Any ideas what's wrong here? I couldnt find anything about the LED's being on always which makes me assume my problem is unique

please help

thanks
-adam

Sounds like you have it hooked up to 12v, not the switched 12v. Double check ti against the madracki diagrams.

I figured it out last night at 5am. Switched up a stupid wire, that is what i get for building a harness at 4am during finals week. It fired right up now.

Is there any place I can find what outputs correspond to which db37 wire? (ie. JS0 goes to....)

They aren't connected to a pin on the DB37 harness. That is why you either have to jumper them or build the appropriate circuit for that input and then connect it to an available IAC1a,2a,1b,2b or SPR1-4 pin. IAC outputs are 25,27,29,31, SPR are 3-6.
