Default wiring question

im working on a parallel installation of a ms1 on a 96 and i have a question on the wiring. On braineack's writeup he shows wiring going to the ms connector such as pin 29 and i was wondering where those are supposed to go causse they dont show up on the ecu pinout. Thank you

MS has a DB 37 connector. 37 pins, labeled 1-37. That's where those numbers come from.

i know that... its printed on the connector. Maybe i wasnt clear enough. I see some wiring on the writeup that doesnt have a place to go on his printout on the ecu. Pin 29 was an example of one of em.

Probably not used. Or you can set it to be an output to something. More info on wiring here:

The pic of the DB37 on Brainey's writeup is just a generic pic from the MegaSquirt FAQ. It's not Miata-specific. You need to familiarize yourself with the function of all these wires so you know what you're hooking up. Check out the last page of the 3.0 schematic: V3 Main Board

From this, we see that pin 29 is "IAC2A", a fairly generic pin that just deadends at a pad inside the MS. So unless you've internally connected a mod to pad IAC2A, this pin does nothing and goes nowhere.
