Snow Performance stage 2 install

Snow Performance stage 2 install
About 3/4 of the way into installing the system. I am using the factory windshield washer res as nothing fits better and made an aluminum bracket to hold the pump- and you can see the controller against the firewall behind it. I'm also installing the AEM Failsafe and I took apart the factory vent to install the gauge. Still have to install the nozzle and wire it up....

The pump is on the "cold side"- other than that it would have to be trunk mounted which means a lot of tubing between the pump and the nozzle.
The AEM unit does everything the Snow Perf unit does, and I got a great deal on the AEM on Ebay. I actually like the AEM gauge better as well.
Finished up the install last night- ended up changing nozzles as it was dumping a lot of water. Went to a 100cc nozzle and adjusted the controller to come on at 4psi and max at 19 (which I don't hit- max is now 11). This feels about right. I'll know more when we dyno tune it. I will say boost inceased from 9 to 11 psi with the water injection. Maybe b/c it's pre SC the rotor clearances are tightened up?
Once I have the other M45 rebuilt (coated rotors, et all) and install a smaller pulley I'll take to the dyno for a final tune.
