FM Voodoo Box
Got this as part of a partial turbo kit. Going to go with Megasquirt so I don't need this. Brand new, never used no broken vacuum inlet like you hear about or any of that. SOLD

The current design (in the silver metal box, released earlier this year) is universal for all years.
The previous design (in the black plastic box) came in two separate versions for the '90-'93 and '94+ cars, as the firmware was different for the batch vs. sequential injection modes.
So yeah, it probably matters.

So OP, is this the black plastic one, or the new metal box design?
