Default 1.6L HKS Turbo Setup

Turbo setup: The original JDM HKS manifold with td04 11b turbo & 2.5in downpipe
Produces instant spool with a very linear smooth torque curve
Extremely reliable!
Comes with 2 larger td04s that would need to be rebuilt.
Black paint is fading a little. No cracks and turbo spins freely.

Did you buy that manifold new? I have the same one, I think, but it's T2 flanged. I'm just looking for more info on it, I hear it's pretty rare.

It is rather rare as the HKS manifold was sold in Japan. So this really is a JDM product

If it helps, I have the same manifold with a different flange. Here it is with a GT2560r installed. It's a top mount.

Thanks for those pics. I had not even considered that this is a top mount design, but I guess given the length of the upright on the dp I should have known that.
