Default 10AE Hard S Susp. PKG

Up for sale are my hard s bilsteins, springs and nb top hats. perfect for Fat Cat rebuild/revalve. they have 65,000 miles on them, with zero track time on them since i've owned the car. asking $230 OBO for the whole setup. would prefer not to separate, but will if the price is right. open to offers. will ship anywhere in u.s. other than HI or AK.

I really don't have the cash right now either, but seems like a good deal.
Will these drop into my NA?

IIRC:
It'll raise your ride height though, even over the stock NA heights.

Shock bodies are longer, so you'd be closer to the bumpstops at equivalent ride heights. Plus, the NB was a heavier car, so resulting ride height will be slightly higher. Also, the Hard S isn't suited for much stiffer springs, so you'd have to keep the stockers or have them revalved.

I have that exact hard-S setup from a 99 sport in my 91 brg and if anything, I am sitting at the same if not ever so slightly lower ride height after the install.

IIRC shaihk @ fatcat said that these could handle 300-350 lbs springs before needing a revalve. BTW, i'm located in austin, tx but have no problem shipping these.

The longer shock bodies of the NB Bilsteins makes it a poor choice for an NA. You can never sit lower than stock without being on the bump stops all the time. I don't think you want that...?

dont worry...i took no offense. i was talking with shaihk awhile back when i was thinking about going with his revalve job and i thought i remembered him saying that they could handle up 300 lb springs...cant deny the proof, though. as far as them fitting the na goes, i knew they fit, i didntknow the other stuff that you posted. thanks for keeping it real in here. i'd rather debunk rumors and make sure they go to somebody that can use them, rather that come off like a used car salesman just trying to make a quick buck. thanks.
