Removed it only because I installed a 6-speed. I had it rebuilt beginning of last year while my engine was being rebuilt. Friend at an Aamco did the rebuild. Rebuild included bearings, synchros, rings, etc, as well as a 2/3 gear cluster since he knew I open tracked the car and was concerned about it. It has about 6000 miles on it since the rebuild. Included is an ebay short shifter that worked quite well. The clutch fork and boot seal for the fork were new when I installed the tranny, so there is little mileage on them. I never drag raced or street raced with this tranny, most street mileage was conservative, did 2 track weekends and some street/highway mileage with it. Ran Amsoil synthetic tranny fluid. Functioned really well before its removal from my car. I can show documentation for the rebuild. The rebuild cost me $1k even with the discounts. Member levnubhin can vouch for me.
