Default 1999 Miata Roller - Cage, Hardtop, V8R mount kit , great start for turbo or V8 build

I'm parting out my 400+rwhp '99; the motor is listed in a separate for sale thread, so this is for the roller only. Also, I'm keeping some of the items pictured for my '95 (Tein Flexes, APR spoiler, Wilwoods, racing seats/ harnesses, and oil cooler/accumulator) so if it isn't specifically mentioned below as being included please contact me to confirm if it is or isn't.

Included in the price:
- Clean '99 Roller, silver with painted black stripes; paint is recent and in perfect condition
- Vented hood
- OEM hardtop, bolted down, has Airtab vortex generators (can easily be removed if desired)
- Hard Dog full cage
- Full Mazda Comp bushing kit
- Fenders cut and flared
- Garage Vary front lip
- Flyin' Miata frame rails
- Undercarriage lined with DEI reflective gold foil
- Front and rear tow hooks
- Quick release steering wheel (different than the Momo pictured)
- Baller stainless gas door
- Includes carpet, center console, dashboard, all glass, wiring harness, headlights/ taillights, steering rack, PS pump, OEM brakes, OEM seat, gauge cluster, whatever wheels I can find laying around the garage (don't expect much)
- Does not include: engine, transmission, diff, PPF, rear axles

Great starting point for a V8 or turbo build. Available for pickup in Atlanta immediately. PM me if interested.

$3800

3/6 Price Drop: $3400, or...

$4900 for roller + brand new V8Roadsters LSX mount kit (subframe, tranny brace, frame rails, hardware, etc)

Here are some pictures of the car pre-part out:

Are those 01+ taillights? Pics of those and side markers? Im just interested in little knick-knacks like those if you are going to part out. What are the brakes (brand/size)?

Post this on V8Miata.

Also, if you are pulling the CV's out but leaving the bearings in, put a couple 5/8ths inch bolts in place of the CV to keep the bearings together.

The taillights are 99s that have been tinted. Brakes are Wilwoods, but I'm keeping those for my '95. I'll replace them with OEM 1.8 brakes.

Great advice on both accounts. I'll post on V8Miata right now.

Very close to downtown - about 4 miles east just off of I-20. I'm available any night after work if you want to view the car.

If you part the roller I call dips on the lip. Maybe the whole front bumper if you totally part it out.

Car is staying together as a roller for the time being unless there is no interest.

Also, if anyone is interested in the car without the hardtop or cage, I could remove those and factor that into the price.

The car previously had a complete flat undertray (including those control arm panels) however even with NACA ducts the heat buildup was too much.

I love this car! Why are you parting it? Is the '95 becoming the new track car, or just a high powered cruiser?

See sig - too many toys! The '95 was my original track car, and I'll continue to track it. I've also got a set of spare wheels and Kumho V710s for the IS300, so I'll probably do a few events a year in it too.

otoh- it's still in a state that is easy to bring back with just a driveline. This is a stellar deal for anybody looking for a Miata track car. Bet it would cost double or more to build it as it sits, and could be put back under power for <$1k.

True. lol

Well, hopefully someone scoops this thing up. It's in the perfect state for anyone who wants a V-8 track car.

I wish someone would buy this already and put me out of my misery. Will you trade for Asian wife who doesn't like your car hobby? She is legal and has all her papers.
