Default NB tophats + hardware $50 shipped
I have a set of NB tophats and the associated hardware and bushings. The tophats have a little surface rust, but will work fine. Would take a bit of wire-wheeling and paint to get to Jeffbucc quality. See pics. $50 shipped in the lower 48.
