Where can I buy fuel injector orings and fuel injector intake seals for 99-2000 Denso injectors? (the intake seal is the thick ring that goes on the end of the injector)

NAPA. Dealership wanted $90+, got them all at Napa including new pintle caps for under $20.

Wouldn't it be a better idea to send them out to Witchhunter?
It'll come back rebuilt and balanced and blueprinted.

Injector-Rehab is still $16 apiece. They do good work and replace everything. However, their o-rings were too big for the M-tuned fuel rail I have, but no big deal.

Just a few weeks ago Injector Rehab gave me the old price of $12.50/injector that they used to give MT.net members. I just had to send a money order as payment. I'm guessing to save them any fees from a CC.
