Default Ben, where is my $70?

I hate doing this, but I don't know what else to do. I've tried email, bargaining, contacting the site administrator; all to no avail.

Ben, you owe me $70 for the thermostat housing and cover I sent back in September (!) of last year.

I understand things come up in life that are of more importance, and I've been understanding, but now you're blatantly ignoring me. The latest email I sent was last Friday the 29th. You've posted here as recently as the 30th.

Just send me the $70 you owe me. If you need my PayPal address, send me a PM.

Oh wow, this should be interesting! So you sent him the parts trusting he would send you the money AFTER you gave them to him?

Not exactly. He was supposed to replace the powdercoated parts I sent with non-powdercoated parts. You can check out my trader rating to see that he was satisfied with the deal.

I ended up having to purchase the parts on my own, with the total being $69.90.

That might have been mine as well if you're referring to another user here.

These are the two worst online transactions I have ever had.

These are resources to use if needed in the event you can't get it resolved soon:

Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home

Federal Bureau of Investigation - Internet Fraud

You should also have a local POC(point of contact) for your local investigative offices. Do you have receipts and tracking numbers to prove your claim? Good luck.

It sucks that not everyone in this world is honest... I'm surprised its a site admin though, figured they would be the ones trying to uphold an honest community, lead by example right!? Hope it all works out for ya, I've been in your shoes!

Guys, remember we've only heard one side of this story. I won't comment further except to say that I've met Ben, and he seems like a stand-up guy. Let's withhold judgement until the defendant has spoken.

Why do I think this isn't the first time I have heard this about him?

This is why I am never contacted for jury duty...In my eyes they are guilty until proven innocent, lol!

While you are feeling honorable, there is a 10 foot chunk of hose I have been waiting on you to return.

I bought a torsen from him a while ago, and after not receiving it for a long time I contacted him about it. After much confusion it turned out that it was stolen at the post office, and then returned to him weeks later. In the end after about 2 months of trying to figure out wtf is going on, I finally got my torsen and am happy with it

Good luck ts.
