Default 1.6 stuff

All parts are out of a '93

Coil-overs: stock springs, new GR-2 shocks on the front (less than 5k miles) they're all dirty but were great when I had them on. $100

Diff parts: 1.6 axles ($20) and drive shaft ($20), along with all the diff (viscous) parts excluding the gears, which are obviously toast. The housing has some marring from prying it apart, but it should still seal fine once its stoned off. ($20, but like I said you'll have to clean it up and add your own gear set)

Radiator: stock, no leaks. $50

I have a few other N/A and NA parts. Not only have I put a turbo on, but obviously the suspension has been swapped and the interior has been stripped. I have an airbag $20, steering wheel $10, stock sway bars $20, center console $20, 1.6 injectors $40, stock 5spd shifter $10, oh and a brand new black carpet set (one from ebay) its just missing the rear shelf piece $50.

That's all for now, prices do not include shipping. Its all fairly heavy and/or big, so don't expect shipping to be $5 please. Local pickup preferred, and it'll be dirt cheap for you. I start wanting more money once i have to go through the hassle of shipping

Thought I'd add my '93 daises, with falken 512's on them, probably only 25% tread though. Great shape, just a little dirty. Includes center caps: $200obo

edit: no shipping on the wheels, sorry.

I'm interested in the carpet. How would you rate the quality? Does it have any sound deadening material attached to it? What would shipping be to Huntsville, AL

The carpet is much thicker than stock, and yes I believe it does have sound deadening material/insulation glued to the bottom.

All prices are without shipping included. I can do some rough estimates for shipping. Assuming the carpet is about 15pounds (I'd have to double check) Fedex says $21 to 35801. Thats the right zip for huntsville, right?

For the shocks, which about 20lbs (5lbs each, sounds good, right?) Fedex says $23 for shipping.

Apparently there is some confusion about the "coilovers" which I would like to explain.

Mazda equipped all of our cars with coilovers. The coil, also known as the spring, is not sitting next to the shock. It is in fact wrapped around the shock body, which is why we call them coilovers. You cannot upgrade to coilovers. You can however upgrade your coilovers. These are not an upgrade, they are stock coilovers.

Next week, I'll explain how each side of our live rear axle acts independently from the other, and how to upgrade your leaf suspension to run off the blinker fluid.
