No. I've got the 30-1720 which is for 96-97. You should ask whether someone has installed it on an NB like yours using a boomslang.

Why is the AEM Plug and Pin? A search on that part number reveals Plug and Play with no wiring necessary?

The AEM EMS has 4 plugs; 2 for the factory harness and another two for some of the extra stuff that you can control. From AEM the EMS comes with the 2 extra harness connectors and a pack of terminals for you to add wires. Maybe this is what he's talking about???

Even though the AEM is "plug & play", it does need some rewiring if you run non-oem sensors. I added wires for sequential fuel injection to my '92, sequential COP ignition, a vehicle speed sensor, wired the fuel pump directly to the EMS (instead of thru the AFM which was removed), knock sensor, variable TPS, etc.

I knew about having to wire the extra stuff, just was curious as to what he meant since he said "with a Plug & Pin kit for rewiring your engine harness".

The EMS is plug and play, the plug-n-pin kit is four plugs and all the pins you'll need if you wanted to create your own engine harness or you can just use the third and fourth plugs and pins to use the ecu's spare inputs/outputs.

Is it capable of being mounted "upside down"? I like the radio on the bottom.

Hmm, I don't think so, the mounting points are different from the top and the bottom.
