any idea if these are the newer 710N valves (p/n 0 280 142 114)? this would have a 14.4 lb spring instead of 8.8lb.

These are the 0 280 142 103 model, good up to 15psi according to this Compressor bypass valve (CBV) / Blow off valve (BOV). But I am using a 108 or 114 model on my car right now and works great. The 108, 110, and 114 are all about the same. That brass-reinforced diaphragm makes a huge difference.
