The valve cover wouldnt happen to be for a 99-00 with provisions for the Hall sensor?

Sounds like it's for a 1.6 then. You can't put a 1.6 cover on a 1.8.

Coilpack mounts to the driver's side, so yeah 1.6.

Wow, super nice. IF that valve cover was VVT I would buy it. It matches my car :(

Did you use to work for a powder coating shop?

Not a fan of chrome manifolds but both those items look AWESOME. Great prices too.

That looks great. Too bad teal isn't a color I like, or I'd probably want.

What was your technique on the lettering? I can't figure out how you got such straight lines between the black/teal and silver.

After baking the marble base, and teal. Mask the whole cover so that the only thing exposed is the recessed letters. Spray the powder, once happy, using a sponge brush or finger run across the letters. Put tape over the letters so you didn't spill anything or lose powder. brush off whatever is on top of the cover. Remove tape and bake again.

OP where are you located?? for some reason I saw similar parts while look in CL in the South Florida area. I would be interested in a 1.8 with exposed cam gears, PM a quote.
