I phoned FedX and talked to someone this afternoon. I used a zip of 60601 which I think is somewhere in the Chicago area. I was given a quote of 86.00 Canadian for a weight of 75 Lb in a box 48/18/18. If the 2 boxes are about the same size in total as the original the cost should be about the same except for the weight adjustment. Customs charges are the same because they are based on value not numbers of boxes.
