Default BEGI S4 2871 turbo kit, new

BEGI S4 turbo kit, stainless lines, largest IC they sell, includes everything BEGI sent in the retail kit, including extra wastegate spring, hose clamps, turbo hose connectors. Turbo manifold is for 99-00 head, and has an external wastegate. Tial 38mm wastegate. 3" divorced downpipe with extra bungs for WB. Kit was built for an NA Miata, but I think it will fit an NB, the heat shields may need tweaking. Again, this is a complete kit, never used.

$2250 plus shipping. I can provide photos once I empty all the boxes and spread it all out.

I'd be willing to part it out. I have to research what the individual parts are worth.

Turbo and brake kit are pretty much the only items left. Engine is tentatively sold. Thanks for the props guys.

2250 for this turbo kit is just retarded, but I would like to get the boxes out of the shed already. Maybe parting it out is the best way to do it. What is just the turbo worth, Garrett 2871? I can't remember ar offhand but it's the smaller one I believe, external wastegate set up.

Dibs on the cold air box and air filter if you decide to part.

wowsers this deal is too good. it almost makes me want to start over. I wonder what the HP record on the S4 manifold is? I know Corky says 300 is max but I think he overengineered..

Wait, how could that be right? People are making more than 300 on log manifolds and tubulars are much better.

BEGI said they haven't had a tubular manifold failure. I think someone said they had a failure, but it was found there were other issues that led to the problem. The BEGI tubular manifold has a support brace that is supposed to eliminate any problems. I think the S4 has been out long enough to prove itself. I know the turbo is capable of far more than 300 rwhp.

Yes, the only one I read about that failed was installed without the support brace or was the ebay knockoff. I forget.

Someone mailed a check. If it doesn't arrive, a second guy is already in line to get it.
