Default AMS progressive WI kit

I hate to do this since I was looking forward to it, but the Miata still isn't even running, and as usual I'm knee deep in projects and need money.

Bought off of Splitime here:

https://www.miataturbo.net/showthrea...ighlight=water

He deleted pics apparently, which I can take if need be.

I'm going to say $200 shipped if bought in the next two days. In box, ready to drop off with your address on it.

This is really an awesome kit, and you won't score this kind of hardware for the price. Definite upgrade for someone whose setup is advanced enough to need the progressive injection.

I'll try to see if the pics are still on my camera for you.

Opened box and managed to take one before heading out.

Thanks though.

You can't find a ton because its a discontinued kit. It is basically a rebranded Alkycontrol kit with progressive controller and external adjustment box. Very nice setup for progressive WI.

Evo Install guide paperwork is in with that box of components. I can't find the link online to it at the moment.
You have to go a number of years back to old EvoM posts and archived AMSperformance catalogs.

Despite the age though the kit is in fantastic shape. Control box, adjustment panel, all wiring, pump and lines look like they were just installed.

So if i read this correctly, the main fluid bottle is NOT included, correct?

Best to source an EVO washer fluid bottle, is that right?

There never was a fluid bottle in this kit. It was designed to be used with the OEM Evo windshield fluid bottle. You can get any container though, drill a hole just a hair larger then the feed line fitting and seal it in.

The feed fitting that went into the tank is the big brass piece top left corner of picture with rubber ring on it. It literally is just a push fit.

BTW, I know this because I dismantled it. Evo tank is awkwardly shaped and super Evo specific.

Yes, no tank, because a tank never came with the kit. It is made to install either to your washer bottle, or a bottle you source.

I used the Miata washer reservoir with my last setup, and the worst I ever saw during hard abuse was a half reservoir per tank of gas. I just filled it every time I stopped for gas.

Otherwise you'll need to look at moving your charcoal canister and overflow, and placing a big USPlastics thing there, or setting something in the trunk and routing lines.
