was reading some stuff
Schmidt, 27, was charged Wednesday with capital murder in Pina’s death and is being held in the Harris County Jail without bail. Detectives arrested him after a fingerprint left on a piece of duct tape stretched around Pina’s head was traced to him.

Tatiana Armenta, Pina’s close friend and fellow Klein High alumna, said Wednesday that she only vaguely recalled Schmidt’s name. She doesn’t remember Pina ever mentioning it.

“I don’t know who he is. I haven’t heard anything about him,” Armenta said.

Detectives also are trying to piece together details about Schmidt, their prime suspect. He is single and lives alone at Carrington Place, a luxury apartment complex on FM 1960 West. Manager Paige Smart said Schmidt’s two-bedroom unit normally rents for about $1,600 a month.

Schmidt has family in the Houston area, detectives said, adding that he has worked as a mechanic.

“He evidently has been making his living selling items off craigslist and eBay,” said Sgt. Wayne Kuhlman Jr., lead investigator in the case. “He works out of his home.”

I don't know all the nuances of the relationship between znut and braineack, but it seems to me some things are better left unsaid...even if they are meant tongue and cheek.

Do some searches for "ChuckyZ" and find out how "tongue and cheek" that was meant to be.

When people are cold blooded murders, things shouldn't be left unsaid.

I did a search and read some reports, Why doesn't someone clue me in. I see this guy was a suspect in a murder. Is he more than that? I don't want to step on toes or become ostracized. I like this site (it's the best miata site on the web by far), and don't want to rub people the wrong way.

If the guy is an issue why not just blacklist him? I think I am like most here; of strong moral character and conscious. If the guy is a piece of **** get rid of him. Though it seems like he has done this himself. So clue me in. if you don't want to do it in public, then shoot me a PM.
